Anyone interested in dental infection control and occupational safety and health information and education is welcome to join OSAP as a "Guild" member.  Guild members receive all of the benefits of membership with mailings and full website access.  Annual Fee $110 U.S.

Clinicians, researchers, educators and others interested in dental infection control and occupational safety and health who reside outside of the United States.  Annual Fee $160 U.S.

All OSAP member benefits delivered via the website.  Annual Fee $100 U.S.

Any full-time dental, dental hygiene, dental assisting, laboratory technology, medical or nursing student may take advantage of a unique membership with all of the benefits delivered via the OSAP website.  Annual Fee $25 U.S.

Any company interested in dental infection control and occupational safety and health should be a Corporate member of OSAP.  Please contact the OSAP office for application materials.  Annual fee is $2,250 U.S.  There is a one-time initiation fee of $1,500 for new applicants.

Corporate members in good standing may make individual web-based memberships available to employees and sales representatives of their company.
